The most exciting and fun way to spend time is this new place called ‘Untangle’ in Alwarpet, Chennai. Happened to know about this place in twitter and was keen to visit them soon. But the whole Covid lockdown happened and couldn’t visit them until recently they re-opened back with all sanitisation in place. During lockdown, they came up with an idea of posting puzzles everyday in twitter and I made it a habit to start my day with some brain juggling activity of solving those puzzles.
Once they re-opened after the lockdown I was waiting for the right opportunity to visit the place and it happened when my niece was at home for vacations and she was bored watching TV all day. So, decided that we will spend an afternoon there with few more cousins. You might need to call them before and book the slot. Untangle has lots of board puzzles to choose, ranging from 50 piece to 500 pieces puzzle. It was also segregated based on themes like Nature, Monuments, Movies etc. Kids also have a separate section of puzzles to choose from. We solved few board puzzles and logical puzzles. Didnt realise how quickly time flies when we were there. Highly recommend for people who are checking out to spend time with family or friends especially with kids.
A big shout to Mr. Senthil who the perfect host. He helped us in choosing the puzzles by explaining the different kind of puzzles they had. My husband was solving logical puzzles and Mr. Senthil kept checking on the next set of puzzles and he could instantly figure out what kind of puzzles we liked and helped with those.
They do have some limited snacks and it was good especially their French fries. On the pricing, it would be Rs. 200 per person for 2 hours and its worth spending.
A must visit place and ill definitely keep visiting again and again.
